Tiruchi student who failed to crack NEET kills self

 Chennai: Even before the sorrow induced by the loss of medical aspirant Pratheeba subsided, here is another suicide by a 17-year-old girl who wanted to be a doctor but could not crack NEET. Late night on Wednesday, Subashree from No.1 Toll Gate in Tiruchi hung herself at her residence as she could not clear the national medical entrance test.

She was immediately taken to a private hospital near Old Palpannai where she was declared dead by the doctors.

Subashree pursued her higher secondary education at a private residential school in Tiruchi had scored 907 marks in her Plus-Two board examinations.

She attended special coaching for NEET and secured 24 marks in the examination.
