Ramco systems wins award under ICT category

Chennai: Ramco Systems announced that it has clinched honors at the annual 2017 Frost & Sullivan Excellence Awards, held in Singapore, earlier this month. A press note said that Ramco Systems won the coveted Asia Pacific Talent Management Solutions Enabling Technology Leadership Award under the ICT category.

The release added that in addition to addressing talent needs around staffing, mentoring, career planning, and succession management, company's talent management solution offers features such as performance journal-where users can record milestones on an ongoing basis, 'Tag Cloud'-which enables managers/ HR to tag each employee against skill sets, Empsense-a survey app to measure the level of employee engagement in an organisation and Chatbots-with built-in intelligence ensuring the users have a natural and engaging conversation, among others.
