Suspected Maoists abduct 3 migrants in Kerala

Wayanad (Kerala): Suspected Maoists allegedly abducted three migrant workers employed in a private resort at Meppadi in the district, but two of them escaped, police said.

The workers who managed to escape from captivity is being questioned to get further details, police said.

According to preliminary information, there were five people, including women, in the group that abducted the workers from the resort.

Further investigation is on, police added.
