A chef who brings difference to food

Chennai: Chef Ganesh at Regency Kanchipurm by GRT Hotels demonstrates a pleasant personality with a mature disposition. He is willing to go the extra mile in order to exceed guest expectation. A good team player, he contributes to ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen.

Some of the festivals/promos spearheaded by Ganesh are Street Food Fest, Gramathu Unavu, Navadhaniya Food Fest and Deiviga Unavu Thiruvizha.

Presently Chef Ganesh has churned out the best of his signature dishes, which is available at Dakshin, the multicuisine restaurant, till 31 August. The aromatic curries, masala packed fries, biryanis and parathas are a few of the dishes of Ganesh. They have a mix of spunky ingredients and different cooking techniques.

 Ganesh joined GRT family in December 2007.
After completing his diploma course at a catering college in Chennai, he started his apprenticeship at Taj Coromandel, after which he travelled to South Korea to work in renowned restaurants.
Ganesh returned to Chennai, worked at Taj Flight Kitchen and later joined Regency Kanchipuram by GRT Hotels, to head the team.
