        Switching to action flick after having had his  fill in adult themes is Santosh. His association with director Bargavan has an extension in Thiruranga originally titled Sriranga. The two had struck it rich in Oru Kadhal Seiveer followed by Kadhal Seiya Virumbu.

     Though Santosh had done a swell job in both, he felt the risk of being typecast. Finding a willing director to showcase him in a new avatar, Santosh has given his best shot going by the reports trickling in from known quarters. With her drop-dead looks London heroine Ankita gets a look-in after some gap. Tejasri is the other girl.

        In Bargavan's view, it was time for Santosh to show the other facet of his budding talent. 'His fierce eyes and steely determination are the twin factors working in his favour. As far as change of image, Tiruranga should do a lot good to his career.'
