        Urchagam, directed by Ravichandran with Nanda and Sherin

        in pivotal roles, deals in depth of the travails of love and arranged marriages. It will hit the screens this August.

        Produced by GV Films, the movie features Bollywood star Dinesh Lambha as a baddie. Comedian Vivek has a prominent role to play.

        After a sabbatical, Sherin is back with Urchagam. A confident-looking Sherin said that she is in a better frame of mind to handle such subjects.

        'I was very young when I made my debut in Thulluvatho Illamai. I did not know anything about films making wrong commitments, almost undoing the good work. I have learnt from my mistakes. Now I know more about cinema and the people. I will not let go the opportunity'.

        Nanda, whose films including Kodambakkam and Agaram won him accolades, hopes that Urchagam will bring in the turnaround to his career which is yet to take full flight.

        Ranjit Barot has composed half-a-dozen catchy tunes for Urchagam.

        Director Ravichandran too is back after a break. After coming up with hits in Kannethire Thondrinal and Majnu, he is confident of tasting success in Urchagam.
