The two-day convention with the theme ‘creating lasting value’ would be inaugurated by HRD Minister Kapil Sibal and the event would see the participation of top honchos and doyens of Indian industry, management and though leaders of national importance.
The management convention would outline the challenges faced by the industry and deliberate on strategies to create lasting value for sustainable development. Speaking at a press meet in Chennai on Saturday, AIMA president Srinivasan K Swamy pointed out the event would be held in collaboration with Madras Management Association.
Deloitte & Touche Consulting Pvt Ltd would be the partner consultant to provide the required intellectual inputs for the convention.
Speaking on the occasion Rekha Sethi, director general of AIMA said, ‘the agenda of the two-day convention is creating lasting value and will be addressed by a number of world-renowned national and international speakers.’
The 36th AIMA convention would have sessions on a current topics like customer leadership, cost competitiveness, value creation, innovation and creating winners of tomorrow. The two-day convention which was being held throughout the country each year addressed a topical theme of national importance and was addressed by a number of national and international speakers.
