I have watched him from very close quarters since he began his journey with Kadhal Mannan. He has seen many ups and downs in his career. I thought it apt to versify his struggle to stardom.’ Produced by Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited in association with Gemini Industries and Imaging, Modhi Vilayadu features Vinay and Kajal Agarwal in the lead roles. Directed by Saran, the movie has musical score by Colonial Cousins (Hariharan and Leslie Lewis) and lyrics by Vairamuthu. Speaking on the occasion, Saran said, ‘it has been a wonderful experience working for the movie. It has been shot with state-of-the-art technology. Colonial Cousins have come up with some trendy and catchy music. Modhi Vilayadu might set new trends in the industry.’ Receiving the first copy of the audio, director Myskkin said, ‘I have always been fascinated by Saran’s narrative style. He is a great inspiration for many up and coming film directors. His movies have always served a purpose.’ Expressing his gratitude to Saran, Hariharan said, ‘working with Saaran was very comfortable. He has extracted the best tunes out of us. I am thankful to him for having opened the doors of Kollywood for us.’ |
