The successful team of Naga-Indira Soundarrajan are at it again. The team that drew the masses to their nail biting thrillers Vidathu Karuppu and Marma Desam are ready to woo the audiences yet again with their new mythological thriller Yaamirukka Bayamen to be featured on Vijay TV.

The tagline of the serial goes thus ’Boomikkul pudhainthu irukkum ragasiyam urangividum: manitha manangallukul pudhaintha ragasiyam urangaathu’.

And this has stirred up the suspense quotient amidst viewers. The first episode of the serial will be aired today in the 7.30-8 pm slot. The serial will be broadcast from Monday - Thursday.
 
The story is about the quest for a Navabhasanam idol of Lord Muruga made by Bhogar who also made the Lord’s idol at Palani.

Actors Vadivukarasi, Master Chanakya, Sasi Anand, Anil, Mahalakshmi and many others form the cast and the music is by Srihari Krishnan.

The story by Indira Soundarrajan is said to be based on some real life incidents in the lives of people living on the Palani hills and promises thrilling sequences. The life of the Kurinchi Nila Makkal, who worship only the Vel of the Lord Muruga has also been portrayed in the serial.

 The production team have promised that the serial will not be against any Hindu sentiments. The taut screenplay is by Indira Soundarrajan while the plot by directors Naga and Ramji.
