The book was written originally in English by Rajiv Malhotra and Aravindan Neelakandan and the Tamil version by Aravindan Neelakandan.
Tamilhindu.com, editorial member, Jadayu gave a welcome speech followed by introduction of book by Kizhakku Pathipagam’s Badri Seshadri.
Kudandai Government Arts College’s former Tamil Professor Sami Thyagarajan who has jointly released the book praised Aravindan's efforts in bringing the true picture of Arya Dravidian culture in India, conversion practices adopted and the threats to the integrity of the country.
He said the book is an eye opener for every Indian as it contains around 1,500 citations that happened around the country and that included before Independence period wherein rulers like Nicholas Smith followed ‘Divide and Rule’ policy by creating chaos among different communities.
Writer R N Joe D’Cruz, in his speech, highlighted the pitiable condition of Indian fishermen who are easily brain-stormed by these conversion groups in the country.
He said that this book, if read by every Indian, would give a clear picture of the intruders in the country by way of conversion.
Tamilnadu Parayar Peravai president Krishna Parayanar in his speech highlighted the selfless services of the Brahmin community which was actually wrongly projected by few selfish movements those days.
He requested the publishers to release small booklets which contain the key messages of this book to different parts of the State to create an awareness among people.
Reach Foundation founder T Sathiamurthy recalled his experiences in Archaeological Department wherein he met criticism from vested groups with no proof for his findings. He stressed the need to understand the reality and withhold the much- needed security cover for the country.
The others who spoke were epigraphist Ramachandran and BJP State vice-president Dr Thamizhisai Soundarajan. Thamizhisai recalled the Mandakadu communal violence that happened in 1982 and it was proved by the investigating committee about the involvement of a conversion group at that area. She praised the author for bringing out a burning desire to protect the country from the anti-socials.
Aravindan Neelakandan spoke about the efforts taken in the five-year period for bringing out the book. He specially thanked the publishers and other well wishers for making this possible. Among the others who were present at the book-release function was Hindu Munnani leader Rama Gopalan.
