Sri Shenbagavalli-Sri Veetrirundha Perumal Temple in suburban Thirumazhisai is to be consecrated on 27 January.

The temple has idols of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar, Sri Vinaya Anjaneya Swamy and Sri Azhwar Acharyargal.

The sannadhis and the rajagopuram were recently renovated and the maha samprokshanam took place.

As a prelude to the consecration, rituals like Thiruvaradhanam is scheduled tomorrow at 6 pm.

The following day from 8.30 am till nightfall kumbaradhanam, nithyahomam, mahasanthi, rakshbandanamhave been planned.

On kumbhabhishekam day,  Viswarupa kumbaradhanam, homas on all homakundas followed by
Mahasamprokshanam between 9 am and 10.30 am have been scheduled.

Following which in the evening at 5 pm Thirukalyana utsavam will take place and at 7.15 pm Perumal will be taken out in a  procession following  asthanam will take place.
