        Mansoor Ali Khan, a baddie dreaded by heroes in Tamil cinema, has changed track and opted to do the lead role himself in Ennai Par Yogam Varum. However, the film directed by Jameenraj is a letdown in terms of quality.

        Produced by Mansoor Ali Khan himself, the film features him as a character with negative shades reminding viewers of the one donned by Parthiban in Puthiya Pathai. He has apparently had a clear idea that the movie would cater only to the front-benchers.

        Jaga (Mansoor Ali Khan) is a man who would do anything for money. Feared by many in the city, he is hired by a local MLA Muthamma (Anuradha) to stop her son's marriage with Jagadeeshwari (Manju), who comes from an ordinary family.

        Jaga succeeds in his attempt. However, he is in trouble as Jagadeeswari foists a rape case against him. How the lead actor manages to wriggle out of the problems forms the climax.

        The cast includes Venniradai Murthy, Kaka Radhakrishnan, Pandu and Dancer Kutty among others. Jameenraj appears to relied too much on double entendre and item numbers. DPI leader Thol Thirumavalavan appears for a song.
