        Tamilnadu Housing Board (TNHB) will construct 631 units at a total cost of Rs 1.881.50 lakh in the coming months.

        A press release here said these constructions would come up at various places including SAFG village (Chennai), Villivakkam, Besant Nagar division, Anna Nagar, Salem, Madurai and Villupuram Housing division.

        Since the DMK government assumed charge, a total of 16,632 sale deeds have been given through TNHB and Rs 3,675 lakh worth housing flats, 440 houses and 51 multi-storeyed apartments have been sold.
