To fly high seems to be buzzword for Spicejet. In its endeavour, the airline major has announced new routes between Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
The new routes will facilitate passengers from Hyderabad and Ahmedabad to fly back on the same day. Detailing about its new initiative, Ajay Singh, director, Spicejet said, 'Spicejet follows international and proven model of low cost airline. Instead of opening more route, we believe in introducing more flights on existing routes and connecting them to other cities across India. Not only has this allowed us to strictly follow the proven low cost model of successful international LCC's, it has also given us space to put in place on-time performance and continued reliability of our operations.'
The new sectors start with the lowest special fare of Rs 299 to Rs 1099, available for booking with effect from 18 November, 2006 and are being sold through Spicejet's website www.spicejet.com
Spicejet's new flights would
be between Hyderabad-Ahmedabad (departure 6.10 am and arrival 7.45 am)
at a fare of Rs 1099, Ahmedabad-Jaipur (departure 8.10 am and arrival 9.05
am) at a fare of Rs 299, Jaipur-Ahmedabad (deparature 6.20 pm and arrival
7.15 pm at a fare of Rs 399 and Ahmedabad-Hyderabad (deparature 7.45 pm
and arrival 9.20 pm at a fare of Rs 1099.
