Expo on Indian film industry

State Minister for Information and Publicity Parithi Ilamvazhuthi releasing the entry passes
for the Talkie 75 and Cinema Today at a function held in Chennai recently, which is being
received by noted producer AVM Saravanan. 

        To commemorate the 75th year of the Indian Talkie, an international exhibition is being organised to showcase the latest technology, services and products in the Indian film industry at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam between 16 and 18 February.

        A press release here said the highlight of the seminar being organised by Buysell Interactions, would feature seminar, workshop on cinematography by South Indian Cinematographers Association (SICA) on 17 February and a proposed 'Film Panorama' presented by NFDC (National Film Development Corporation) and Mayajaal planned at the Mayajaal multiplex between 13 and 15 February.

        A parallel event, Talkie 75, a research programme has been planned to analyse the past and to work for the betterment of future of India.
