        A fake doctor, who was running a clinic at Kelambakkam, has been arrested by the police.

        According to police Ilangovan (40), residing at Reddy Kuppam Street at Kanathur, was practising medicine at Kovalam Kuppam without qualification. District police superintendent Amalraj received a secret information in this connection.

        Following this, an enquiry was undertaken and it was found out he had not done MBBS but was treating patients as if he were a qualified medical practitioner.
