        A man who allegedly sold a property worth Rs 1.4 crore using fake documents at Kottivakkam was arrested yesterday.

        According to police, Tamilmani of Kilpauk Garden had allegedly prepared fake documents for the property owned by Savithri Krishnan. He had then sold the property at a low price to one Murugavel. Following a complaint from Savithri, the police arrested Tamilmani. He was produced before a court and was remanded to judicial custody for 15 days.
