ICICI Prudential Life Insurance announced the launch of its SMS helpline service. This innovative service will enable the company's policyholders to receive instant update on their policies through a simple SMS to 56767. ICICI Prudential Life's policyholders can now know the policy status, due date for paying premium, policy NAV and portfolio fund value by sending a simple SMS from their mobile phones. Policyholders can get these details by typing PST followed by space followed by their policy number and sending an SMS TO 56767. However, policyholders should register their mobile numbers with the company to avail SMS helpline service.
GTL wins global recognition
GTL Ltd, a network services player has received the Golden Peacock Award for corporate governance during the 8th International conference on corporate governance held in London recently. GTL had taken several steps like constituting operating council and internal audit committee and initiating environment and corporate social responsibilities project that were lauded by the jury. Indian Bank assistance to artisans
Indian Bank jointly with Mico Bosch distributed power tools to seven beneficiaries at a function held at Chintadripet branch. The loan was granted under the INDART Tools scheme. P Nallasivam, deputy general manager, Indian Bank gave the tools to the artisans. Others who were present on the occasion included R Swaminathan, regional manager, Mico Bosch and S Balasubramanian, branch manager, Indian Bank.
