        A festive atmosphere prevailed at the platinum jubilee year sports meet of Sri Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School, T Nagar, held recently.

        After the meet got underway with a march past by students, it was time for the pupils to display their skills in sports.

        A delightful mix of items like pyramid formation and a dance coupled with rhythmic movements thrilled the audience.

        Swami Abhiramanandaji Maharaj declared the sports meet open. ENT specialist Dr Vellai Thangadurai and Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade and Additional Export Commissioner M Saikumar were present and distributed prizes to the students.
