ONYX GOES, GARBAGE REMAINS: Change of hands to clear garbage in few
zones of Chennai has so far failed to yield results. On Thirumalai Pillai Road,
mounds of garbage remain uncleared as Onyx has gone, paving way for private
firm Neel Metal. Lack of bins has resulted in garbage being strewn around.
