Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based construction company is foraying into Chennai with its project to come up at Old Mahabalipuram Road.
Announcing this at a press
briefing yesterday, Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd chairman and managing director
Sushil Mantri said that the project 'Mantri Synergy'
to be constructed at Padur on OMR comprises of 640 apartments in 2BHK
and 3BHK formats. And the apartments would be constructed between 1385
sq foot and 1800 sq foot.
Added to this, is reserved car parking and a host of amenities like fountain, clubhouse,swimming pool, gymnasium, steam and sauna, tennis, badminton courts, jogging track, super market and creche.
The success in Bangalore has encouraged the company to expand operations in Chennai, he said and added that Mantri Synergy is going to be the trendsetter in Chennai setting a standard to follow.
Mantri Synergy would serve as vantage point for people working in the neighbouring districts enabling them to save on commuting to their workplace.
The work on the proposed project at an investment of Rs 200 crore would be launched tomorrow and is expected to be completed in 30 months time.
Detailing about their second project, he said that under the villa project there would be 240 houses and row houses on the OMR and added that the project would cost Rs 180 crore.
After getting the approvals for the project, the work would commence on 35 acre area.
He announced that the company
would invest Rs 500 crore in two projects in Hyderabad to develop about
four million sqft of space each in Hyderabad and Chennai in the next three
years.
