        A four-day exposition organised by Zak Trade Fairs opened at Chennai Trade Centre today exclusively for construction industry, professionals and home-makers.

        At a press briefing Syed Zakir Ahmed, managing director, Zak Trade Fairs and Exhibitions Private Limited, said, 'this exhibition is first of it's kind, and is aimed at three segments with 30 property developers showcasing over 300 residential and commercial properties at this fair. Over six housing finance companies and banks are offering the best deals on home loans with spot approvals. For commercial properties, it is available from Rs 3,500 to Rs 20,000 sq ft, while residential flats are available from Rs 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft.

        As for Zak Buildtech, it would showcase the latest technology in building construction with participation of 30 prominent companies from construction industry. And Zak Interior Exterior & INTL furniture fair would display interior design, furniture and decor accessories, with over 100 companies participating. Entry fee for the expo is Rs 30.
