        Secova eServices, an HR services company has announced its proposal to increase the company's headcount from the current 300 to over 400 by December end.

        Speaking to reporters here yesterday, Secova eServices, co-founder and CEO Venkat Tadanki said, 'The global market for human resource outsourcing (HRO) is currently at $76 billion with a growth rate of 14 per cent. Taking cue of this, the company has been ideally located at Costa Mesa, California, to service specific needs of customers of mid and large size segment.'

        On expansion, Venkat said the company is planning to open its second Knowledge Centre in Chennai at DLF IT Park, Porur, which would be operational by October this fiscal. Secova specialises in the area of health and welfare benefits administration services, ranging from enrolment - both online and through call centres, healthcare advocacy, life event management, dependent eligibility audit, wellness and disability programmes and total rewards management.

        During last fiscal, Secova had acquired 12 new customers including four Fortune-500 customers.
