        Ahaar, the Multicuisine Restaurant at The Residency, has put together an elaborate special Buffet on 26 January. The special Republic Day buffet will have a variety of dishes prepared and presented in true patriotic style.

        The special Republic Day lunch and dinner menu will offer delicacies from all across the country. A wide variety of salads and cold cuts make tasty appetizers for the sumptuous meal that would follow.

        From Kashmiri specialities to delights from the South India, there will be tastes to suit all. Chemeen Moily Curry, a Keralite speciality curry, Andhra Kodi Vepudu, soft Chicken cooked with aromatic spices from Andhra, Rajasthani Gatte Ki Subji, speciality vegetarian dish from the desserts of Rajasthan, Tanjore Kara Kozhambu, spicy tangy vegetarian curry prepared with drumsticks and other vegetables would be served .

        Also Hossur Subji Biryani, a variety of other rice preparations, from across the country besides colourful and tasty dessert await the guests.
