        Varahas Gurucool, a training school, is organising a free seven-day workshop on health and cleanliness, yoga and meditation from 26 December at Meera Bhavan, 52, Kuppaiah Street, West Mambalam.

        Sastri Arunachala, a yogic guru will conduct the workshop.

        According to a press release, the gurucool also conducts classes on leadership, personality development and karma yoga.
