FSP Hospital, Adambakkam, a suburb in Chennai, has been awarded the most prestigious ISO 9001:2000 award by TUV-Rheinland, a German firm. Started 20 years ago, the hospital has all specialities, such as laparascopic surgery, 24-hour emergency, Intensive Care Unit - which was inaugurated yesterday.         All sophisticated facilities - multipara monitor, IBP, defibrillators, ventilators, etc. Specialists from medicine, cardiology, respiratory, care core team and other specialists are available. No other hospital in the area has obtained the ISO certificate.         Dr V T Balaraman, retired Professor of Medicine, Madras Medical College, Chennai, inaugurated the intensive care.
