Banking on retail customers

        Deutsche Bank announced that it has crossed the 250,000 retail customers mark in just 15 months of rolling out a full suite of personal banking products and services in India.

        The bank serves the needs of its demanding customers through a network of eight branches in the seven cities of Bangalore , Chennai, Delhi , Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Noida.

        It's private and business clients (retail banking) division offers a comprehensive product and service offering right from daily banking, insurance and investments to credit cards and loans for individual and business cust-omers.

        With a strong focus on advi-sory banking, Deutsche Bank provides an integrated financial planning process to customers enabling them to optimize their financial and investment decisions.

        In July 2006, Deutsche Bank launched credit cards with features and benefits that were a first in the Indian market. By introducing several unique features to its credit cards proposition that enhance customization and convenience, the bank has been able to bring back customer involvement in an increasingly commoditized category.
