        Actor Dhanush, music director Yuvanshankar Raja and director Ram among others today staged a fast here in front of an audio company here condemning the non-release of the audio of the movie Thamizh MA by the firm.

        It may be noted that Big FM had obtained the rights to distribute the music of the film.

        The movie directed by Ram stars Jeeva and Anjali in prominent roles. Yuvanshankar Raja has composed music for the film. The audio cassettes and CDs of Thamizh MA were released at a functon here recently. With the movie set for release in a week or so, the film's crew alleged that the company had not distributed the CDs and audio cassettes in the market.

        Condemning this, the film personalities gathered in front of the company to stage a protest. Speaking on the occasion, Yuvanshankar Raja said, 'I have taken lot of effort to compose music for the movie. I am upset with the fact that the company had not ensured that the songs reach the audiences. They have betrayed us.'
