With increase in junk food intake and 24/7 working culture, fitness is one's prime concern. Taking this into consideration, a health and beauty exposition focussing on fitness domains is underway at Chennai Trade Centre.
The three-day exhibition, organised by Smart Expos, saw some of the well-known exhibitors including Ponds, P&G, Cavin Kare, Lakme, Dove, Amway and Oriflame coming together to offer variety of products.
Targeting especially women and children, these companies offer extensive counselling to women on health fronts. While some companies like Nestle, Bayer, Horlicks, Three Roses, Spirulina were offering sessions on diet and fitness. Several herbal cosmetics manufacturers showcased their products priced between Rs 5 and Rs 1000 and they included acupressure foot roller, face massager and joint pain massager.
Another unique feature of the exposition was 'Atrium', a centre set up for live demonstrations. The visitors grabbed the opportunity to learn the designing of ultimate fashion accessories, nail sculpting, acrylic nail extension and hand-painted nail art from trained professionals.
Adding to this, there were 'experience zones', where plenty of options were available to visitors to lively experience the facials, makeovers, hair streaking and pedicures.
Further, the visitors can also subscribe to a new 'smart offer' which gives extended benefits to the visitors for the next one year. Special master heath check-up from Apollo Hospitals. Exclusive discounts and gift hamper are also on offer.

included decorative cosmetics, perfumes, professional equipment, instruments
and accessories for beauty salons, manicure and pedicure equipment and
instruments. The exhibition is on till tomorrow from 10 am to 7.30 pm.
