In a joint initiative, ABL Biotechnologies, would research in several areas that have far reaching implications in cost effective management of various diseases that are more prevalent in the Indian sub-continent. A Memornadum of Understanding has been signed between ABL Biotechnologies and Christian Medical College, Vellore. Briefing reporters, ABL Biotechnologies, chairman, K O Issac said under the joint research, they would focus on projects like Tuberculosis, Oncology, Cardiovascular medicine and Nanotechnology based therapy.

Invia Health, a pharma division of ABL, said they would expand its operations
to Kerala followed by Andra Pradesh, Karnataka and Orissa in August and
September.
