        Chennai-based pharma major Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced that its wholly-owned drug discovery subsidiary in Chennai, Orchid Research Laboratories Ltd has been conferred with the Frost & Sullivan award for partner of choice in contract research-collaborative drug disc-overy.

        The award recognises the best Indian res-earch and manufac-turing ser-vices capa-bility in the life scie-nces arena and assess their global competitiv-eness. The companies that have been conferred the award are those who  have achieved and sustained excellence  in their industry  value chain component  with diligence, perservance, foresight and dedication.
