        JGHA Agarsen College (Madhavaram) emerged winners of the inter-collegiate invitation cricket tournament here recently.

        In the final, Agarsen beat the hosts Sindhi College by two wickets.

        Brief scores: Sindhi College 232 for 8 in 42 overs (Prabhu 43, Christopher 25, Kumar 3 for 30, Raja 3 for 42) lost to Agarsen College 233 for 8 in 40 overs (Gopi 68, Nagaraj 30, Kumar 24 n.o, Madhan 3 for 31, Gunaseelan 3 for 56).
