        A 25-member team would participate in the International Junior Karate championship to be held at Istanbul from 18 October, All India Karate Do Federation President R Thiagarajan said here.

        The team would leave Mumbai to Istanbul on 17 October. Thiagarajan would be the chief-de-mission, while federation general secretary P R Ramesh, Vispy Kapadia and Bharat Sharma would be the chief delegate, coach and team manager, the release said.
