        In his reaction to the yesterday's ugly incident at the Loksabha in which Union Minister for Shipping and Highways, TR Baalu was prevented from tabling the Maritime University bill, Chief Minister M Karunanidhi today said in a suggestive tone said that members of parliament should conduct themselves in a better fashion.

        In an official release here, Karunanidhi said, 'When educated and experienced members of parliament conduct themselves like this, there is no surprise when some undesirable events happen due to the frenzied state of mind of municipal and corporation members, who seek to be interested in healthy democracy.'
