        Soya food promotion and welfare association, Assocam, New Delhi, will organise a soya food exhibition-cum-festival from 18 to 21 January at Vijaya Mahal at T Nagar in Chennai. As part of the exhibition, cookery competition would be held for hotel management and home science students on 18 and 19 January respectively.

        According to a press release, details of the recipes have to be submitted to the organisers before the competition. The preparations would be judged by a panel of chefs from Chennai's leading hotels as well as celebrities based on the use of soya food, its nutritive value and the novelty of the preparation.
