        The Department of Posts has launched a toll free telephone number 1800 425 1235 for people, within the Chennai metropolitan limits, to lodge traffic complaints.

        According to an official release, customers can call from any BSNL landline and record their traffic complaints.

        Customers can also register their complaints and use the tracking service available on the website indiapost.gov.in, added the release.
