        SpiceJet announced a new promotional offer for its direct customers. Every 99th guest who books their tickets using the SpiceJet website will get an absolutely free ticket, without even having to pay the basic fare, fare surcharge, congestion surcharge, and PSF. This new promotional offer is valid for the first 25 guests every day starting from 7 April to 15 April 2007.

        The winner of the offer will be informed individually by SpiceJet through SMS and e-mail everyday and their names will be displayed on the SpiceJet website also. The customers will have to initially pay the full amount for purchasing their ticket, using their credit card, which will then be reversed within seven working days into their account by SpiceJet. The reversal of funds will include basic fare, fare surcharge, congestion surcharge, tax-fee and PSF.

        Making this announcement, Kamal Hingorani, vice president, marketing and planning SpiceJet said, 'We are here to truly stimulate the market by offering significant capacity at affordable prices. Since our launch, our belief in low fares introducing us to new customer base and enlarging the present market size has been proven with resounding success.'

        He further added, 'This offer is a golden opportunity for our online direct guests and will help us consolidate our customer base.'
