        Sunil Verghese and Mrs Srihari won the T Nagar Social Club Open bridge pairs tournament held at the club premises Tuesday with a score of 67.94 per cent sitting as North-South.

        R V Subramanian and P S Santhanam (60.26 per cent) took second place in North-South followed by R N Subramani and P Narayan Iyer. G.Srinivasan and M Srinivasan won in East-West direction with a score of 63.77 per cent, a press release said. A Sridhar and DJ James (58.62 per cent) finished second while L Subramanian and L S Subramanian ended up third.
