        AM Jain College defeated DB Jain College by five wickets to win the Mar Gregorios College Decennial Celebrations 1st Inter-Collegiate invitation cricket tournament held here.

        Batting first, DB Jain College made 168 for 8 in 30 overs. In reply, Gopinath's century secured an easy win for AM Jain.

        S Vijayakumar, Director of Physical Education, Loyola College, gave away the prizes, Dr V J Mathew, principal, Mar Gregorios College, Fr Johnson, vice-principal and S.Ravi Kumar, director of Physical Education, AM Jain College, were also present.
