        Thiruvallur District Collector Ranveer Prasad has asked students to learn the nuances of film-making by watching them. He also urged them to criticise films after viewing them.

        Speaking after inaugurating the Children's Movie Festival here recently, the Collector asked teachers to exercise all care while bringing students to the cinema halls. He also asked cinema owners not to allow audience more than the capacity of the cinema hall.

        Others who participated in the function were Public Relations Officer Krishnamurthy and Assistant Public Relations Officers Maheswari and Ilavarasi.
