AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

NO 'SINGARA CHENNAI' THIS: A clean metropolis will remain a pipe dream
if pictures like the one taken on GN Chetty Road, T Nagar, keeps repeating.
The pavement is used for all possible purposes rather than the one it is meant for.
It is turning out to be 'stinkara Chennai' in reality.

DOCKING INTO LOCAL REALITY: This woman of the USS Nimitz crew is getting herself
in touch with the rites of passage of living in the city. Here she tries her hand and hips
at carrying pots in Kanathur, a tsunami-struck locality. The Nimitz crew has been creating
waves by going around the town and doing social work in a calculatedly coordinated PR exercise.

TRAFFIC SNARLS ARE CEMENTED: This fallen concrete mixer in the subway (linking

KITTEN AS KITH AND KIN: Love is raining cats and dogs at Nammalvarpet. A kindly dog
is suckling two kittens after their mother was hunted down by gypsies. And the dog too had
lost its puppies. The sight of the dog and kittens has attracted the attention of everyone
in the locality and they've been thronging the spot in large numbers. Moral of the story:
Love knows no breed, and bark too.
