        Service from one of the INSAT satellites, INSAT-4A, was disrupted for about half- an- hour at around 4 pm yesterday due to solar disturbances.

        According to a press release, INSAT - 4A lost earth lock when one of the momentum wheels used for stabilising the spacecraft got switched off. ISRO engineers at Master Control Facility took action to recover the earth lock and orient the satellite properly, a press release added.
