We're really friends not foes: Dhanush

Actor Dhanush today dismissed speculation of enmity between him and actor Simbu and said that both of them were good friends.
Speaking at the audio-launch of the movie Pori in Chennai, Dhanush regretted Simbu's absence at the function.
He said that at a time when all the young artistes of Tamil cinema were sharing the dais, it would have been better had Simbu also attended it.
'As everyone is guessing, we are not foes, but good friends,' he added.
Wishing the director of the film Subramaniam Siva and producer Sambandam Karthi all success, Dhanush lauded the efforts of the director as he was the one who had witnessed it in their earlier movie Thiruda Thirudi.
In his address, producer Editor Mohan said he had seen the spark of the film's success through the songs screened at the function.
He also expected that the movie was filled with all commercial ingredients with Jeeva as its hero.
Speaking on the occasion, actor Sri Kanth said he was a good friend of Subramaniam Siva and added that he was impressed by the simplicity of the director.
Heaping praise on Pori's crew, director Susi Ganesan said hardwork and sincerity were the triumphant factors in life.
Actor Jeeva said he was happy to be the part of the film and added that he wanted to work with the same director in another movie too.
Speaking on the occasion, director Subramaniam Siva redirected all the credit to his team comprising cameraman N K Ekambaram and music director Dhina.
